AI Agency Operations Bootcamp

Who this is for

What you'll build

Over five modules and fifteen lessons you will build working AI systems across the five operational zones of an independent agency: foundations, intake, quoting and underwriting, client service, and ops playbooks. By the end you will have running workflows that handle new lead capture, quote comparison, document extraction, client service triage, and ongoing SOP maintenance.

This is not a theoretical course. Every lesson produces an artifact you can drop into your agency this week.

Format and pricing

Two delivery options.

Self-paced Premium ($797): Video lessons, written content, all templates, all prompts, private community access, lifetime updates. Work through it on your own timeline.

Live Cohort ($1,297): Everything in self-paced, plus eight weekly live calls with the instructor and other agency owners, peer review of your workflows, and direct feedback on your implementations. Cohorts run quarterly with 15 seats each.

Prerequisites

Comfort with basic spreadsheet work, an active AI subscription (ChatGPT Plus, Claude, or similar), and enough time to spend four to six hours per week on course work during the first month. You do not need any programming background.
