What you'll build

By the end you will have running workflows that handle new lead capture, quote comparison, document extraction, client service triage, and ongoing SOP maintenance.

Prerequisites
Comfort with basic spreadsheet work, an active AI subscription (ChatGPT Plus, Claude, or similar), and enough time to spend four to six hours per week on course work during the first month. You do not need any programming background.
